Personality: The first thing is Sakura was the little girl who was going to be left behind. She was the youngest and most powerful mage of her time in her kingdom that wasn't the Emperor, but she was 12. Her older sister and best friend were chosen by the military to take place in an experimental immortality treatment to join the military, and she forced her way in despite both of their displeasure (And luckily was in a nation ruled by an immoral shit gibbon) to get the treatment whithout weighing the consequences of being a girl forever. Now it is implied that this was because her parents were gone, but more she didn't want to be left behind. When said shit gibbon abandoned the Veritas and banished them to Lapis after they won the war she also suffered the fastest.

After a hundred or so years of getting her bearings, and her sister going just a wee bit crazy, she cut ties, but still was afraid of having no one, so she started a nation and training heroes. Not really for the greater good, but because she was terrified of being alone, and the people from home were 5 very bitter soldiers and her friend Raegan who was off on some quest to find something banished to Lapis with them. It was an act to find a place where she would if not belong, at least be integral and not abandoned. For the longest time it was enough, and she forgot a fair amount of what made her powerful, but then the Veritas reformed to destroy Lapis and return to Aldore, and she opposed that.

Sakura also doesn't know what she is in the age spectrum. She's so old she stopped counting, but she looks 12, and hates being considered a kid or an old lady. She's well spoken, patient, and knowledgable; but also impatient with plans in motion or if she wants something and very easily distracted by candies. She thinks she is unlovable given her physical situation, but the one time she is shown respect as an adult she doesn't know how to deal with it and gets very shy and quiet, maybe a little snarky too as a defense mechanism. She doesn't want to think she isn't human, but doesn't really understand how she can fit in as there is really no one her age to talk with.

She is also very blunt, especially when confronted with stupidity. Idealism is fine, it is just painfully stupid ideas she will gladly call someone on with no sugar coating. As a prodigy she didn't have time for it and now hundreds of years later, after she has gone over every dumb thing she did herself, she doesn't want to watch others make the same dumb mistakes she did and was never really taught that thing about getting more flies with honey over hitting them in the back of the head with a stick.

She is also plans in the extreme long term. When Rain was blasted into Aldore and the rest of the group started trying to immediately get there, she left the group and started going over the memories of her long dead friends to try and see if she could find a good plan in there. She spent so much time to the point where by the time she was ready to go, the rest of the group save the strategist had already run off and gotten captured by that point. When forced to plan on the short term she tends to fall apart and give into the "Just blast it till it stops being a problem" mindset, because if she can't do it elegantly, she doesn't know how to.

Sakura is also a very loyal person. She was loyal to her sister and Raegan to the point of going through a horrible process to become immortal just to make sure they would stay safe. While her sister did loose her loyalty, that was after she decided that destroying an entire world worth of people was an acceptable price to get revenge. In order to keep her friend Rain out of trouble she pleged to follow the Emperor that betrayed her over 700 years ago and almost was killed proving her seriousness, just so she could enter the Orders and travel with Rain.

Key themes: Making the best with what you have.

Main Motivation: Sakura generally just wants to save lives and watch civilization develop as opposed to eat itself. She knows she became immortal for all the wrong reasons, and once she realized that she decided to spend her time not as the immortal hero, but establishing a stable nation and teaching people how to be responsible caretakers of the world.

Skills: Black Magic: Specifically Lightning, Dark, and Light. Though she knows a drabble of fire magic, just not much. She also knows how to channel energy to turn a rod into a scythe of purple magic, but it tends to destroy the rod if it isn't made to her specifications.

Green Magic: She knows spells that can reduce the damage someone takes, but she tends to put it in hard candies because she likes candy.

Candy Making: She likes candy and knows how to make hard candies, but is branching out into other types

Training: Sakura picked up training heroes as a thing to do to pass the time. As such she knows how to point out flaws in physical attack stances, how to hit people on the head with her staff so they study healing magic, and how to train people to use black and green magics.

Heavy Armor: She could wear adult full plate, in a 12 year old body, and move like an adult. Don't ask how, she'll just say it was complicated

Archery: She knows how to fire a bow and arrow, because she was too young for her sister to let her use firearms when she was learning to fight

Immortal: Because of magical and scientific treatments she is forever 12. In theory she is almost immortal, but it is shown that those treated can die if ENOUGH abuse is heaped on them.

Teleportation Magic: She knows how to teleport, but it takes so much energy and so much time to cast the spell she despises doing it and given the choice would rather take any other means of transportation at all, even walking across a country.

Item: Her hair band. She has it in every incarnation, and while it helps focus magic a bit, but it more looks like kitty ears.

Notes: There is a whole crystal thing which is the gatcha mechanic of her world and pulling spirits from crystals to fight beside you. We're going to ignore that as it would mean she knows virtually every Final Fantasy character and that is a lot of data I don't want to get into. At all.
